Each decision that we make can either be defined by our past and we can repeat old habits that no longer serve us, OR, we can make decisions that will bring us more into alignment with the body, mind, and spirit that we want to embody.
Together, we'll dive into what your blocks are around your food habits. We'll focus on overcoming barriers to a healthy diet and begin to slowly incorporate more diversity into your food intake as we transition towards more a more plant-centered way of living. We'll work on healing the body with food, but also healing the mind as we dive into habits around them and dig into our self worth.
Weekly goals will be set for you individually, as well as a very flexible weekly plan to help you reach them. We will also meditate together, incorporate journal prompts. I'll be with you every step of the way!
During this time you will have free access to my yoga classes and meditations that you can use at any time.
It's always so much more than the food, and I'm here to encourage you and do the research and planning for you to feel better in your body with food, movement, and connection to self.
